These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BLOT Verse products and services (the “Services”), including Search, Maps, Wander, Verdict, Desk, Docs, Grid, Stage, Notes, Mail, Glen AI, Console, API, Nexus, Devs, Code, Accounts, and any related websites, applications, or APIs operated by BLOT Verse.
By creating an account or using any Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security risk.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use and share it. You must not upload content that infringes others’ intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You may export or delete Your Content at any time subject to the capabilities of each product and our retention policies for legal and security purposes.
The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by BLOT Verse or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.
“BLOT Verse”, product names, and related marks are trademarks of BLOT Verse. You may not use them without prior written permission.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
If you use our APIs, developer consoles, or related tools, you must comply with any additional API terms, rate limits, and documentation. We may revoke access for abuse or violation of these Terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those cases the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOT VERSE AND ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLOT Verse and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a Service. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have in your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and BLOT Verse regarding the Services.
